From Farm to Cup

At The Simple Life Coffee, we have control over the entire supply chain—ensuring quality, transparency, and authenticity in every step. It all begins on our family farm in Mundo Nuevo, near Pereira, Colombia. Here, at 5,000 feet on the western slopes of the Andes, we hand-harvest the gentle Castillo variety and sun-dry our beans with care. This artisanal process creates a consistently smooth cup filled with rich chocolate aromas and delicate floral notes.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We reuse the cascara, or coffee pulp, as compost to enrich our soil and give back to the land that sustains us. After harvesting, we hand-sort the beans by weight, selecting only the heaviest and highest-quality ones. The beans are then roasted—often to a balanced medium roast that preserves their natural flavors—before being carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

From our farm in Colombia to your doorstep in the United States, every bag of The Simple Life Coffee carries with it not just exceptional flavor, but also the story of tradition, sustainability, and connection. When you brew a cup, you’re experiencing the journey from farm to cup—one rooted in family, craft, and care.
